Magnetic Resonance Imaging

MRI scan is a painless, noninvasive procedure

In magnetic resonance imaging, a computer processes radio frequency signals combined with a strong magnetic field to develop two- and three-dimensional pictures of any area of the body.

Our radiologists use MRI scans to diagnose injuries or conditions and to monitor the effects and treatments inside the body. We also use MRI to guide minimally invasive procedures such as MRI-guided breast biopsy.
