The Liver
Transplant Program at The University of Kansas Hospital has
completed more than 500 liver transplants since it began in 1990,
and is recognized as one of the regional leaders in liver
transplantation. In addition, patients on the liver transplant
waiting list have an average wait time of only three to six months
before transplant.
