What should I include on my application/resume?
Include any education, work experiences, licenses/certifications and references that are relevant to the position(s) that you have applied for. All required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).

What format should the resume attachment be?
For your convenience, you may upload an electronic version of your resume to pre-fill parts of our online application. Supported file types include .doc, .docx, .pdf, .htm, .html, .txt, and .rtf.

How do I check the status of my application?
To check the status of your application, go to the Careers page and login using the same username and password that you used when applying, and click on the Application History tab. The status off all applications received within the past six months will be listed.

How long does the hiring process normally take?
The hiring process timeline can vary depending on the position. To check the continued status of your application, please login to the Careers page and select the Application History tab.

I forgot my username and/or password, how do I recover it?
If you have forgotten your Username or Password please follow Username/Password Recovery Link in order to retrieve it.

How many active applications can I have at any one time?
An applicant can have up to eight (8) active applications submitted at one time or twenty (20) within a time frame of thirty (30) days.

What is the post application assessment/survey (Talent+) and do I have to take it?
After you have submitted your application, you may be requested to complete an online assessment. This assessment is an additional tool to help The University of Kansas Health System hire the most qualified candidates. We ask that you complete the assessment within 48 hours of submitting your application. Failure to complete this assessment may disqualify you from consideration for employment.
