    If you are ready for the next step and have found a position that matches your skillset and interests, scroll to the bottom of the page and apply by clicking the link “Click Here to Apply Online.”

    After doing so, if you have not previously applied, you can create a profile by clicking “Apply Now!” If you have previously applied for a job with The University of Kansas Health System, enter your login and password beneath "Returning User? Please login:" to use your previously entered information.

    • I Forgot My Password
      If you have previously applied but have forgotten your username or password, please follow the "Forgot User Name or Password?" link or click here to retrieve it.
    • Upload Your Resume
      For your convenience, you may upload an electronic version of your resume to prefill parts of our online application.  Supported file types include .doc, .docx, .pdf, .htm, .html, .txt and .rtf.
    • Post-Application Assessment
      After you have submitted your application, you may be requested to complete an online assessment.  We ask that you complete the assessment within 48 hours of submitting your application.  Failure to complete this assessment may disqualify you from consideration for employment.
  3. Interview Process

    If your education, skills and experience are a potential match for an open opportunity, you may be contacted by a recruiter or representative from Human Resources to schedule an initial interview.

    • Testing
      Depending on the position, candidates may be required to complete assessments as part of their interview process.
  4. Application Status

    To check the status of your application, go to the Careers page and log in with the same username and password that you used when applying, and click on the Application History tab. The status of all applications received within the past six months will be listed.
