Hospital based care
Nurses are key to providing the very best care for patients in our hospitals. They are an integral part of the care team, respected for their knowledge and expertise. Ambulatory clinic care
Nurses in our ambulatory clinics care for patients in several specialty outpatient clinics. We have locations throughout the greater Kansas City metro area covering many clinical specialties. Ambulatory LPNs and RNs can find a location, a specialty and a schedule that is perfect for them. As a professional clinic nurse, you will establish ongoing relationships with patients while providing the best ambulatory care available in the region.

- Cancer and Hematology Care
Blood and marrow transplant, inpatient cancer and hematology care and outpatient cancer care are the areas where our cancer and hematology nurses provide compassionate care.
- Cardiac Care
Cardiac care nurses work with cardiologists, thoracic and cardiovascular surgeons, and other heart team specialists to provide outstanding patient care in our Center for Advanced Heart Care.
- Critical Care
The level of care provided to patients with life-threatening injuries and conditions sets our hospital apart from community hospitals. In fact, other hospitals often transfer their most critically ill or injured patients to one of our specialized intensive care units.
- General Acute Care Nursing
Our staff of general acute care nurses provides services throughout the hospital and in our specialty clinics.
- Maternal and Child Services
Nurses in maternal and child services help expectant mothers through labor and delivery and provide advanced clinical care to infants, children and adolescents.
- Operating Room/Procedural Care
Our hospital is a destination center for surgical care. We provide specialized services and frequently are a trial site for new surgical devices and procedures. The coordination of staff, supplies and equipment to care for surgical patients demands teamwork, critical thinking and attention to detail.
