PATIENT SATISFACTION GETS TOP GRADES

Patient satisfaction comes in all forms in Pediatrics.

Our patient satisfaction scores have earned the hospital high rankings from U.S. News & World Report.

The magazine listed the hospital third in patient satisfaction for nursing among the nation's most elite hospitals. We ranked seventh for pain management and 13th for overall patient satisfaction.

The report compared 154 of the medical centers named to the magazine's "America's Best Hospitals" list in July 2009. It used patient satisfaction data from the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers & Systems, a national publicly reported survey of patient perspectives about their hospital care.
