ENDOSCOPY CENTER RECOGNIZED FOR SAFETY AND QUALITY

Quality and safety are the Endoscopy Center team's top priorities.

Our Endoscopy Center has earned a three-year designation in the Endoscopy Unit Recognition Program of The American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. To be eligible, the center met ASGE guidelines for privileging, quality assurance and endoscopy reprocessing as well as guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The University of Kansas Hospital's Endoscopy Center is among just 124 endoscopy units in the country named to the ASGE's Endoscopy Unit Recognition Program. Only one other center in Greater Kansas City has received this recognition.
